Modification of the Attunements-modus

Fredaricka wants to give us an advice for this exciting time, in which are flowing very powerful frequencies to the earth, to be grounded by us. So it can be, that some of us are feeling sometimes depressed or not well in any way. Then it can be of great assistance for us to allow, that the Shamballa attunements help us and to call the Divine Ones.
We can keep moving on and call the Divine Ones at every wanted time and day! We havn`t to wait until Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday, as it was mentioned, stated before!
We could regard it as a gift, as a way to speak with them and let they know, that we want their supporting (also which..), that we are open for each and every assistance. This could be supporting by dealing with our daily emotions, processes, be it anger, sadness, fear or to get clear in mind for better understanding. We can give us in trust into the "hands of the Divine Ones".
